FREMNET should collect only information needed to respond to support, partnership, volunteering, donation or general enquiries.
The website should not request a complete trafficking history, exact current location, identity documents, medical records or unnecessary family information through a general form.
How information should be used

- Arrange a safe follow-up or referral
- Manage partnership, volunteer or donation enquiries
- Meet legal, safeguarding and accountability obligations
- Improve services using anonymised information where appropriate
Legal and technical review
Sharing, retention and cookies
Information should not be shared without a lawful basis, clear purpose and appropriate consent, except where a serious safeguarding or legal obligation is properly assessed.
The prototype uses no advertising trackers. Any analytics, embedded media, payment or form services must be documented before deployment.
